Paul Bruggink has advised me that Amazon.com is still charging the
original price for the book whereas I had it lowered. If any of you
have thought about getting the book please go to our web site and order
from University Press of America to get the lowest price. If any
overpaid please let me know and I'll send you a check for the
difference. Sorry if this appears to be a plug for the book.
