As bad as this is, it sounds much worse until you read further and realize
that "Westminster Chapel" is a church of about 150 people, and is not
Westminster Cathedral. At least, for now, it seems like the evangelical
theologians in the U.K. (e.g., McGrath, Stott) are very good on all this and
that groups like Christians in Science have a good presence in some churches
and universities.
