If evolution is defined as "the generation of complexity through
mutation and selection" then I think lots of things in various fields of
study evolve:

-stellar
-biological
-social systems
-culture
-behavior in animal groupings
-linguistics
-...

Could you please explain in simple terms what your concern about the use
of natural to include everything that is not supernatural. Somehow I
fail to grasp the reason you are so concerned. I understand that in
various fields of study, words are used with specific specialized
meanings. However, in the kind of discussion we have in this forum, I
fail to understand the problem, especially given the broader definition
that most of us apply to natural.
