[asa] Richard Dawkins interviews Alister McGrath

I made some running notes of the YouTube video of Dawkins interviewing
McGrath, in which I guess Dawkins decided to not use in his video
project. It was over an hour long. They both behaved like gentlemen.

I think McGrath got caught on one issue... if a little girl is saved in
a huge tragedy, did God do it? He seems to say both yes and no.

Dawkins got caught in regards to atheism also showing much historical
violence via Stalin, Marxism, etc.
