Don't forget to publish to the new Amazon Kindle also. Go to dtp.amazon.com.
You can set the price and get 35% of any sales. In this case there are no up
front costs. A member of our church published a novel via Publish America.
They set the price of a trade paperback at $25. Even though she was getting
good reviews on Amazon, it was simply too expensive to sell. She couldn't
lower the price by contract. When she complained on an online forum, Publish
America voided her contract. So, be careful with so-called vanity presses.
