a skeptic over how their metaphysical views are supposed to have warped

themselves). I.e. I don't care if my doctor wants to think in terms
of "micro" and "macro" evolution or special creation as long as he knows
that cold viruses and microorganisms can keep mutating to take on any
antibiotics we throw at them. Show me all these YEC doctors who don't
give good treatment because they take Noah's flood literally. I
suspect that this is all just counter-hype based on fear from the
evolutionary side of things. In fact, for all I know, a YEC doctor
may, for very good reasons, have a better bedside manner and more
trustworthy integrity than the agnostic who has no problem with
evolution.

I guess I need to have read some of these excellent essays. (I do note
that you said "studied" as opposed to "accepted" evolution --I wonder
if it was worded with that loophole in the original challenge?)
