That is not what you said. You said that

At best the guys at the Goddard Space Flight Center argued that acid
rain may have some beneficial effect, not that acid rain is not a
problem. After all, the problems of acid rain are easily detected and
have been well documented.

Hope this clarifies why Janice's portrayal of the work by the "guys at
NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center" was flawed and may have given the
erroneous impression that these guys had found that Acid rain is no
problem at all or even beneficial.

As is the case with global warming, much of the 'science' by deniers
is simply flawed.
