[asa] Retraction

I retract my claim in an earlier post that there are 28 books of the Bible
with an odd number of chapters. I have recounted and found 29.

My original conclusion was taken from a website devoted to debunking some
popular urban legends. In particular, it was tackling the claim that Psalm
118 was the Bible's middle chapter. I miscounted when I tried to verify
their explanation and thus thought that I had indeed verified it. My
apologies to Vernon on this one.
