[asa] Peter Irons evaluates Kitzmiller

The Montana Law Review has an article by the Discovery Institute on
Kitzmiller, a response by Peter Irons and a rebuttal to Irons by the
Discovery Institute. Peter Irons surely exposes some of the fallacies
in the arguments by the DI related to the Kitzmiller ruling.

It's interesting since Peter Irons had earlier objected to the DI
submitting an article which was 95% identical to a book
