CMI claims to have thoroughly gone through a process of seeking
mediation through the church without any positive response from AIG
(cf. Mt. 18:15-17), though they don't make explicit the implication
that they are now treating AIG as unbelievers (not to mention more
general implications about the creation science endeavor generally if
it incorporates those who appear to be unbelievers).
