[asa] Frameworke theory scholar dead at 84

*De. Meredith G. Kline,* an American theologian and Old Testament
scholar, died today (3/14/07) in his 85th year. He is best-l-known to
ASA members for defense of the framework interpretation of the
creation stories in the Book of Genesis. He taught over 5 decades at
Westminster Seminary (PA), Westminster Seminary (CA), and Cordon-Conwell
Theological Seminary. His ASA article
“Space and Time in the Genesis Cosmogony” Perspectives on Science and
the Christian Faith 48: 1 (Mar. 1996): 2-15.
