Everybody wants a solution without pain. See the explosion of diet books
when all you need is: "Eat less. Exercise more." CFL is another one these
"feel good" non-solutions and the mercury in it is a real concern. Contrast
this with that if you add the Obama and Clinton war chests you have the same
amount of money spent by Western governments annually on climate change
adaption for the entire Third World.
