No, it is not. Dawkins' position is that there is no God, it is in fact
stupid and perhaps even criminal to believe there is a God, and belief in
God is akin to a viral infection that should be wiped out.
Campolo's epistemology, as far as I understand what it is, is reasonably
consistent with the historic Christian and Jewish tradition about the
ineffable nature of God, or at least is consistent with certain strains of
that tradition, and is rooted deeply in American Pentacostalism. Perhaps he
leans a bit too much towards mysticism, the fides side of fides quaerens
intellectum, but if you've read his stuff, I don't think you can fairly say
he leaves out the intellectum entirely (though as I've said, I disagree with
his arguments about some things).
I have read some of Nash, and it hasn't been my cup of tea. Nash seems too
much like intellectum quaerens fides to me.
