I expect that for most ISPs, unless you have made special arrangements,
that your IP address will change from time to time.

This is what my ISP says:
Every time you connect to Sympatico, a DHCP server picks an available IP
address at random and assigns it to you for the duration of your
connection. ...

So as well having legal problems then also will need time viewing to see
who actually was connected at the point in time the update was made.

Why all of the roos crossed from Asia to Australia is very hard to
explain or maybe we just have not found their living relatives deep in
the jungles, or even their fossils.
