I have no problem with Habermas either. In fact, the TTP folks are very much
not in the warfare model. Thus, it is not surprising that Habermas' list
includes Ross. TTP tries to be very much broadly evangelical. That the list
does not include TE material is telling and shows how TE is not even in the
broadly evangelical mainstream. As to why, I believe Glenn had a good point
in that TE has not been VISIBLY aggressive in apologetics. The Language of
God and the good play it got in CT may change that a little.
