Maybe I am missing your point Terry but I dont think I
agree with you regarding wikipedia, or any other such
site.
For example, you dont "hack" onto those sites. You
register, and then you can write, edit, and put on
whatever you want. The idea is that everyone is allowed
to contribute. It is not at all the same as a blog, a
journal, a discussion list. Maybe you understand this,
but your choice of the word "hack" makes me think you
dont, perhaps I misunderstood.
All of these wikipedias are edited. The point of the
editors of the conservapedia, is that they consider the
editors of Wikipedia as liberally biased, and they want to
make a site that has a conservative bias. But that does
not mean that all are not invited to contribute (at least
that is the original idea from Wikipedia) but that the
editors will edit, delete, change contributions as they
see fit from their point of view.
