[asa] major groups of thought on origins

I pasted an essay on some major camps of the origins debate into my blog
page. If anyone has the time to read the essay and give me feedback, I
would appreciate it -- I want to make sure it accurately represents some
major groups of thought for general readers. It begins 'On the matter
