It has essentially the same implications for theism as other theories of
gravity and quantum mechanics. It is a theoretical model (or class of
models) for an aspect of God's Book of Nature.
I think that I have exceeded my limit of posts for today -- though
perhaps the international dateline will allow me to reset my clock at zero.
