[asa] Apologies and use of private in header

Folks,

Apologies to David who sent me a private message that I had thought
went to the list so I responded to the list.

He probably doesn't mind but would you please include the word private
if you send it just to an individual. Otherwise it will include the ASA
in the header and you tend to assume it just went to the list.

Feel free to respond to my message but I do not like responding to a
private message to a list (especially if the list like the ASA list is
archived publically) Unfortunately there is no way for me to retract
it.
