I simply cannot accept this kind of thing.
There is an excellent review of Broom's How blind is the Watchmaker in
Themelios in April 2006, in which he charges Broom of misrepresenting
Dawkins. It is a long and passionate review, but a model on how we should
deal with those with whom we disagree.
First rule, expound their position accurately.
BTW the reviewer is far more sceptical of evolution than I am, but because
of his utter integrity I am very relaxed about that!
I also criticised PZMyers on Pharangula and Panda's Thumb - and got called a
hypocrite!
I insist that honesty and integrity in these discussions is absolutely
paramount.
I also have difficulty in seeing how James Kennedy can actually proclaim the
Gospel
