[asa] Terry Mortenson's e-mail and info on scriptural geologists

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone on the list might happen to have Terry Mortenson's
e-mail address. I am looking to ask him if he might know of any of the so
called scriptural geologists of the early and mid 19th century ever talking
about thrust faults (like the Lewis overthrust) in their arguments against
an old earth or the pattern of the fossil record.

I am basically looking for any pre-Price uses of the thrust fault/out of
order fossils, argument.

Anyone, anyone...?
