You are probably referring to Daniel 8:14 and 26.
The OT has numerous references to the morning and evening sacrifices. Many
events are described as taking place from morning to evening, less
frequently (Exodus 27:21) evening to morning. Psalm 55:17 has the sequence
evening-morning-noon.
