[asa] attitude

Debbie,
  Thank you for your comments a few days ago about the importance of how we deal with those who disagree with us or those whom we wish to persuade. That was good insight that many of us need to heed. It reminds me of the old adage that summarizes it so well: "No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care."
