Perhaps, but even babies can be jealous, envious, etc. There
is something in your intuition/instint argument that I can sort
of agree with, but it seems like it is not adequate to insure
that we obey God when we are tempted. I think Buddhist realization
(a different post) is not exactly it either, though in _some_ instances,
it might be partly true.
An important part of the child like aspect is being pure of heart, but
anyway...
I find it shaky to rely too heavily on intuition and it can be
very difficult to know whether I am even following Christ
sometimes.
