You labor under the illusion that I am debating you. I am confident that what
I have written provides sufficient detail for readers to properly evaluate my
arguments. I have long ago stopped trying to convince you. I am not talking
to you. I am talking to the other people on the list and ultimately they and
not you and me who are the final arbiters of acceptableness
I am not laboring under an illusion. If you had a clue as to what I was
talking about, your manner would improve. I also speak to the list. "Arbiters of
acceptableness?" The truth is the truth, whether you or anyone else finds it
acceptable or not. I am trying to share a simple truth. It is a difficult truth,
but it stands for itself, though you are now fixating on me and missing the
whole point of the truth I was trying to share. You see "me" and you argue with
"me" and think you are making some point for the list, but you see "me" and
miss the truth I am trying to share with you.

God favors the learned. That is my truth and nothing you have written
suggests that that statement is a misinterpretation or in error nor have you said
anything substantive in this or earlier responses to suggest that God does NOT
favor the learned either in quotes from the biblical text or the presentation of
a cogent argument.
