I suspect you didn't take the time to do any calculations.
First of all, with water in the calculations it converges to a total roll of
about 0.66 degrees, assuming worst-case but reasonable water tank dimensions.
The floor the water is on is not very significant since at such a small angle
there is very little lateral displacement.
Second, -- really -- a 0.6 degree tip won't cause the animals to all go
slamming to one side of the ark. :-)
I still think your argument about flood deposits is the only substantial one,
and one that I'd like to see addressed more thoroughly to either prove you
right or disprove you. (I use the word "prove" in the colloquial sense.)
