How do I have my e-mail removed from the list?

I have tried to write to several individuals requesting that my e-mail be
removed from the list because I will be traveling during the next several months
but I am continuing to receive e-mails from the list. Dose anyone know what
I should do?

I do not like to leave you but I must for a time and I hope to rejoin in the
fall.
