Snip.. I am amazed how Janice manages to cut and paste so much and yet
add so little to the conversation. As far as doing everything they can
to see that they are imposed upon us, is that not what the religious
right is trying to do? Surely you jest when you seem to on the one hand
object to others trying to influence others but somehow do not see the
irony in your own comments :-)

May I also conclude that you have realized how misplaced your comments
on marxism really were in light of the shown examples?
I surely hope some of my links helped you reach such a conclusion. As I
said before, many seem to be confused as to the meaning of the term
marxism and try to use it in some pejorative way, painting with a broad
brush.

The Soujorners' magazine and the Spiritual Progressives seem to be
excellent resources and as a Christian I see many good things in what
they have to offer. Certainly hope, peace, prosperity for all,
healthcare should appeal to any and all citizen, especially Christians.
But perhaps I am a bit naive here.
