RE: God and Time

I would like to suggest a little nuance to the statement "God is outside our
spacetime".

How do we know that God doesn't exist, to some degree, in our 4 dimensions
of space and time? By this I mean, let's assume that God is
multidimensional. For sake of argument, let's say He possesses the 10
dimensions required by string theory, plus at least one more dimension of a
spiritual character that puts Him outside the reach of complete scientific
investigation. Those 11 dimensions include the 4 with which we are
familiar, which means that "in a sense" God might be temporal, if temporal
means simply possessing characteristics of our known dimensions. But He is
not temporal, because He is not limited to those.

Jesus in resurrected (immortal) state walked on earth, built a fire and ate
fish. Jesus in resurrected state showed the nail prints in his hands and
feet and they could be felt. But in this same state, he was able to enter
the room through a closed door. The angel in Daniel was delayed in our
dimension of time because of engaging in spiritual warfare. This indicates
to me that God and spiritual beings exhibit both temporal characteristics
(at times) and extra-temporal characteristics, that theories such as string
theory would predict for multidimensional beings, so He is not bound by the
temporal but He is not wholly separate from it either.

Sometime ago I indicated that the best way to somewhat comprehend how God
views His creation is the way we do in relativity theory when we draw a
Minkowski 4-dimensional spacetime diagram. The worldlines indicate viewing
whole histories of entities at an instant. God is not temporal but He is
outside our spacetime.
