Hard to say; Pope Pius XII is not on Earth, as far as I am aware. Don't know if he can be considered to be "international" in his current location/position, nor do I know in what context PXII made that statement or when, or if he would make that statement today (and I don't have the resouces currently to "google" his statement).

Still, is this an appropriate topic for this forum? Terry may have to chime in here.
