There's a more plausible explanation then space aliens. Our sun is a
second generation star. That earlier star became a nova about 5.5
billion years ago and seeded our solar system with its elements. If an
array of planets circled that earlier star upon which life had
developed, then rudimentary life too could have been sprinkled on our
planets jump starting life on earth at a very early stage.
 
But as to whether this is evidence or not, who knows?
