Ted Davis commented: "I was saddened to hear of Morris' death, for he was
a decent man who (Ithought) represented Christian charity well in the way
he conducted himself.
I had the opportunity to hear him and speak to him just once, about 25
years ago, ...I hope to have further conversations with Henry at some
point down the
road."
I echo Ted. In 1988 I attended a 4 day ICR seminar and had several
cordial conversations with Henry and Duane Gish. I was even honored to be
able to take them both to lunch at the seminar's conclusion.
Both men are gentlemen in my eyes. As important as the disagreements
were, I never heard either of them descent to invectives or name
calling.
May I join you, Ted, in your conversation with Henry? Or maybe just
listen in!
