Well, I for one don't think you're nutty (of course I used to read too much
science fiction too. Still do on occasion) Your scenario is fascinating, but
if it's really what happened, I despair of a) Being able to establish that that
indeed is what happened and b) Convincing the person in the pew (Obviously the
second is much harder than the first!)
