Here is the estimate on Brazil by the ASPO people:

You will note that they expect Brazil to find 3.9 billion barrels of oil in deepwater. This find accounts for 700 million of those 3.9 billion, so they still expect another 3.2 billion barrels of oil to be found. So many people seem to think that those predicting peak oil don't take into account new finds. But they certainly are not that naive.
