Michael,
The president of PIU, Springfield, MO, is Dr. Carl Baugh. It offers
distance learning only. It has no accreditation recognized by the US
Dept. of Ed, but is a member of a couple organizations that sound like
accrediting associations.

I think, from a quick Google search, that your John Blanchard is a
British evangelist, author of several books, also known on this side of
the pond.
