Now we have the situation where the Smithsonian looks like Caesar's wife and
Christians are on the dole for their swank party. Yecch.

The Discovery Institute needs to do the following immediately:

1. Admit they made a mistake and that they only intended to rent the hall
rather than make an unrestricted donation to the Smithsonian. Since the
Smithsonian refuses to admit a mistake on their part this should help.
2. Cover the expenses of the Smithsonian. This should be easy to compute
because the contract had a donation part and the fee part. Pay the fee part.
