Even if no ailments and diseases exited, let us not forget death. Is death intelligently designed? Or else, are we to have paradise on earth?

For those who prefer to believe that amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS),
Alzheimer's, Down syndrome, Tay Sachs, Spinal Bifoda, Muscular Dystrophy,
Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and Huntington's disease weren't
intelligently designed tricks on mankind, you leave few options.
