Michael -

If you'll wait for my review in PSCF you'll see that its worth is fairly
low, but I suppose people involved in these controversies should take a look
at it. Ted Peters & Martinez Hewlett's _Evolution from Creation to New
Creation_ (Abingdon, 2003) is a much better survey of the current issues.
(My review of it should appear in the same issue.)
