Lets cut Nature some slack. I thought that the Nature editorial was
quite good and fair. Letters to the editor are there to express a
range of views of the readership.

I don't see that either the editors of Nature, or even Michael Lynch,
need to be the subject of criticism. Use the attention given to the
topic to educate the readers of Nature about the ASA and about the
false foundation of the popular science/faith warfare metaphor.
