Would you please suggest what would fit as an alternative
to a "God's memory" as the primary means for ressurecting
the soul?

As for alternative possibilities:
1. Basic elements have no self awareness, memory or soul.
2. Living things, such as trees, bacteria, and other lower forms, do not
appear to have self awareness or soul, but somehow plants remember where to
get its sunlight, water, etc. These things of course contain DNA, which
would explain this.
3. Living animals, higher forms of non-humans and lower formed humans,
appear to be self aware, have memory and soul (as per Genesis), but they do
not have a spirit. They can remember to varying degrees where to migrate,
eat, etc. They too have DNA to explain this.
4. Humans (in God's image) also have all of the above, but because we have a
spirit, we have an additional element with which to interact with God's
creation (the universe). Just as God created the elements with set, but
varying, properties (atomic), all living things (humans included) with set,
but varying, properties (dna), so too are humans created with set, but
varying, properties (spirits). Each has its own uniqueness. The need to
remember is not there because it is already imbedded into its existence.
And just as our dna allows for physical memories, our spirit allows for
spiritual memory. Even without our bodies, we will remember things when we
go before God for judgment.
