Yeah, John and I have known each other for about 25 years. I had
breakfast with him at the Nature of Nature conference at Baylor back in
2000. The stuff of this article is largely bunk, however, Yeah his
educational background is right but he wasn't converted by what he knew
in the geologic record because to my knowledge he was an electrical
engineer. He got his MS in EE in 1970. So he wasn't really knowledgeable
in geology at the time of his conversion to YEC.
