I concur with this Burgy, as a lurker on Tweb I can assert that Sarfati
(Socrates -- defended to death by the webmasters) has an agenda to
obfuscate, confuse, mislead, and otherwise lead astray any
non-scientifically trained layman who dares entertain the thought of
anything other than a 6day/24hour day 6000 YBP fiat creation event. I
really feel for them, but the laymen he is misleading have no idea about
the extent of scientific evidence of old cosmos and evolution and have no
way of evaluating such. Sarfarti (and other YEC obfuscaters) are truly
shooting fish in a barrel. While we are here debating nuances of
evolutionary creationism, Sarfati and his ilk are kicking our behinds --
just ask Glenn, whose geological evidence for old Earth is basically
completely ignored, or occasionally twisted and confused by some YEC
sycophant. Not a pretty picture!
