Quick question, Kevin. On Glenn's site
(http://home.entouch.net/dmd/cancoal.htm) there is the large root 30 cm
below the coal that appears to be an inch or two in diameter. Is this
the root of a tree, or still a shrub?
Also, can you explain why this one branches upward like some of the shrub
roots do? All of the _radiating roots_ from the shrubs seem to branch
downward.
