Re: concordance & genesis (edited)

I took a look at the responses to my post. It seems that no one wants to
defend Genesis (can't blame you) or else just missed my point. My point
is that the account makes no sense. There's no reason to punish Adam
or Eve at all. They had no knowledge of good or evil. The story is
obviously
concocted.

As to my background, my upbringing indoctrinated me to believe in God.
The evidence that Genesis was false (not people) was enough for me to
drop my faith. Life is too short to base on a fairy tale. I have many
reasons
to expose the fraud of Christianity. As to this posting, only brainwashed
Christians can believe the Adam & Eve story really happened. I felt a
bit obligated to step in.
