Failed to set a godly example - or looked like Christianity was a whole lot
of work and not much fun? Christians are supposed to have JOY. Too many
people are far more concerned with 'Thou shalt not' than with joy. The fruit
of the spirit is attractive. Fault finding is not.

Perhaps what Howard is saying here is that it would
be useful to hear why 93% of the folk in NAS have
little or no interest in religion and particularly
Christianity. I have an unpleasent feeling that a
large part of the reason might be because of
Christians.
It is strange how the very driving force of Western
civilization and the very concept of relentlessly
seeking truth and speaking for justice would end up
being cast aside as "useless". Anyway, perhaps the
real problem is that we have failed to set a real
example in modern times about how to live a Godly
life.
So need I remind anyone of my exit (about Grace)
