"Any chance we could talk about a topic related to science & religion?"

I guess I was hoping the same thing, though a good topic does usually generate good conversation. So..... I have a BA and MS in both microbiology and religion. My PhD is in science education. Though these world views have intermingled in my own life, thoughts and expressions I have never dealt with them in a professional/scholorlly way. But its time for me to start a new career path (the big 50 next year) and the interaction of science, faith, and education is the way I want to go. But I kind of feel like I did when I was searching for a dissertation topic. So I'm asking you.... what are some of the big questions out there? Why should I look for interesting questions?

I will follow up later today with one idea I have that is an extention of my science education research.

    As always, Pat
