    Dear List Servers,

Just a note to say that I strongly agree with what Terry Gray
said about managing the list serve. I read every input and have
learned much. The list serve is for the exchange of ideas and
hopefully a way to help each of us moderate what we say when it
is necessary. If we have ideas, the only way to grow is to put
out the ideas and see what constructive criticisms come.
However, if a person is not willing to listen to serious
critiques and basically ignores them or laughs them off, then it
is up to the members to cut off that conversation rather than a
moderator to purge them. Finally, I ask that each of you speak
to one another in ways you would like to be spoken to. Perhaps
reread your post before hitting that send button. Things do
occasionally get rough and that never speaks well for this
Christian organization. Overall, I think the list is a wonderful
exchange of ideas and am so thankful for it.

Blessings and great joy in Him,
                             Don Munro
