     Note that there is a (big) ? after "Darwinism" in the title. I think
    Lamoureux completely leveled Johnson in this exchange. Too bad the book is
    so expensive or I would surely require it for my classes.

    You probably are referring to the book "Darwinism Defeated: The
    Johnson-Lamoureux Debate on Biological Origins" which has
    essays by Johnson, Lamoureux (from Edmonton), and a very good
    one by Keith, among others.
