As Al remembers well, I did attend Tenth Presbyterian church in Philadelphia
many years ago (in the mid-1970s), and do recall Boice preaching on
interpretations of creation once or twice, though it wasn't a big theme for
him. I have not read the book Al mentions.

Overall I would comment that Boice's views are heavily shaped by his
commitment on the one hand to a classical Princeton view of biblical
inerrancy (he is one of the people involved in forming the ICBI) and by
strong Calvinistic theology. Thus it is hardly surprising that he endorses
an old-earth special creationism, with an historical Adam & Eve and an
historical fall. At least I gather those were his views 25 years ago.
