InterVarsity Press: _Genesis: An Introduction and Commentary_ by Derek
Kidner (1967, one of the Tyndale Old Testament Commentaries); _In the
Beginning: The Opening Chapters of Genesis_ by Henri Blocher (translated
from the French, 1984); and _The Genesis Connection_ by John L. Wiester
(IBRI/Interdisciplinary Biblical Research Institute, P.O. Box 423, Hatfield,
PA 19440-0423; www.biblical.edu). The latter is in their 2000 Catalog, so
probably still available. Wiester is a geologist, among other things. All
